Job Opportunity
We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Customer Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with public sector union members via outbound calls to schedule appointments with our Consultants
- Meet monthly targets focused on call volume and appointment scheduling, accompanied by an attractive bonus structure
- Provide top-notch customer service in a professional and timely manner
- Cross-sell relevant products and services
- Perform tasks in compliance with set procedures and scripts
- Complete various administrative duties, such as data entry, logging, and scanning
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Identify and suggest process improvements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar settings desired
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong IT skills with a good grasp of Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt and learn new tasks
- Motivation to work towards defined targets
