Streamlining Efficiency and Excellence

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the optimisation of operational efficiency and performance across our global facilities. This role involves designing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement that enhance and streamline operational efficiency and productivity.

The successful candidate will drive innovation, push industry boundaries, and ensure we remain best in class. Key outcomes include:

  • Designing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Leading projects aimed at improving and harmonising operational processes, increasing quality and reliability of operating standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and establish best practices.
  • Continually seeking to drive innovation in process flows, material flow layout, and operational performance.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and lean practices within our operational structures.
  • Providing solutions-oriented support and being seen as a go-to person for solving problems and providing robust solutions to business requirements.
  • Project managing strategic improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and to budget.
  • Championing operational excellence within the facility to deliver high customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing new operational initiatives to reduce costs and increase competitiveness.

Key requirements include:

  • Strong experience working in a lean project environment, successfully implementing continuous improvement solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering improvements and a desire to work within a dedicated continuous improvement structure.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate informal and formal teams in developing and delivering improvement solutions.
  • Capacity to work across the entire organisation, collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effective time management and coordination of multiple activities concurrently, while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving, organised, and methodical mindset.
  • Ability to extract critical information to inform effective decision-making.
  • Ideally, a degree in Supply Chain or Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment and an understanding of GDP, GMP, and European quality standards would be beneficial.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, focusing on meeting schedules, and embracing a flexible work culture.
