Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director, Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving Wayflyer's growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will lead a global team responsible for strategic and operational planning, performance reporting, GTM program management, revenue operations, and enablement.

  • Lead Long-Term Growth Strategy: Develop and execute scalable strategies to drive business growth, ensuring alignment across our go-to-market functions.
  • Develop and Optimize GTM Strategies: Design, build, and refine Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships strategies to achieve ambitious growth goals.
  • Align GTM Strategy & Operations: Oversee Strategy & Operational Planning, Program Management, Revenue Operations, and Enablement, ensuring resources are effectively deployed against key priorities.
  • Build and Scale High-Performing Teams: Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class team that supports all aspects of business growth and operational excellence.
  • Accountable for Business Planning: Partner with Revenue, Finance, and Commercial teams to lead business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Drive Executive and Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure seamless collaboration across leadership teams, aligning strategic priorities and operational execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in high-growth, tech-driven environments, with a strong track record of scaling go-to-market functions.
  • Proven leadership in strategy and execution-focused teams, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Experience in sales, customer success, or revenue operations is a strong advantage.
  • Background in fintech, lending, or financial services is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and enablement, with the ability to optimize processes, tools, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across teams.
  • Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
