Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Renal Dialysis
About the RoleThis challenging and rewarding role is seeking a qualified nurse to manage and coordinate the renal dialysis services in our hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- To lead and manage a team of nurses providing dialysis services to patients with renal failure.
- To develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- To ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
- Degree in nursing or related field.
- Registration with relevant nursing board.
- Minimum 5 years experience in renal nursing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
