Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to take on a pivotal role within our organization. As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

About the Role
  • Provide daily support to clients through tailored solutions and expert engagement.
  • Owning client projects from start to finish, including scoping, searching, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to maximize commercial outcomes and grow revenue.

  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (required).
  • 0-3 years of work experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach.
