Job Title:
Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine administrative and physical tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing inventory
  2. Input information regarding the movement and handling of products into a computerized inventory system
  3. Organize and maintain accurate records associated with inventory activities
  4. Adhere consistently to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)

Requirements:
A relevant Level 6 qualification or specific industry experience, minimum one year of relevant industrial experience in a cGMP related industry, familiarity with written SOPs and Master Batch Records, forklift licenses and experience operating heavy equipment is desirable, excellent written and spoken communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ability to follow direction and work with only moderate supervision, proven attention to detail, and a can-do attitude towards customer delivery and performance.
