Main Responsibilities:
  • Interact with members through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to member inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions efficiently.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support back office administration and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Participate in community activities and events, fostering strong relationships with local communities.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a financial institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, allowing for efficient task completion and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, promoting collaboration and a positive culture.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with credit union products and services is an asset.
