Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor

This leadership role is responsible for directing and coordinating technical and maintenance activities in support of production. The supervisor ensures that all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and with minimal environmental impact.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on equipment issues and reliability data analysis.
  • Apply effective preventative and corrective maintenance methods to optimize resource deployment.
  • Develop and track departmental KPIs to measure equipment and maintenance performance.
  • Champion asset condition management through non-intrusive testing, predictive maintenance, and monitoring.
  • Supervise employees, allocate work, coordinate training, and handle disciplinary issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety legislation and adhere to safety procedures.
  • Partner with the Quality department to ensure product quality and adherence to Quality Standards.

We seek a highly experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor with strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience in an engineering or technical leadership role within the Life Science, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical Industry.
