We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to utilize their organizational skills and attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.


About the Role

This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within our Contracts and Social Care Procurement team. As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with high-quality administrative services, including:

  • Manage contracts documentation and records efficiently.
  • Provide clerical support to the Contracts Compliance Manager and the wider team.
  • Utilize MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook, to manage data and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, organised, and proactive. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing contracts documentation and records efficiently.
  • Providing clerical support to the Contracts Compliance Manager and the wider team.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C), including English Language and Maths, or equivalent higher educational standard.
  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative/clerical experience OR 3 years of administrative/clerical experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
