Service Experience Leader - Channel & Automation

In this pivotal role, you will architect the foundation for intelligent services to scale, driving personalized, multi-channel service messaging across various touchpoints. As a seasoned Product Manager, you will own the orchestration layer powering service experiences, from building rules engines to defining priority logic for campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute consumer growth strategies from a service lens, enhancing signup, onboarding, and activation experiences.
  • Advocate for customer-centric solutions, ensuring they are scalable and impactful.
  • Develop KPIs and success metrics for growth initiatives, monitoring performance, and iterating for improvements.
  • Partner with design, engineering, service, and analytics teams to ship and iterate products.
  • Lead cross-functional reviews, influence decision-making, and manage interdependencies.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product management experience in fintech, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of launching performant products that drive business value.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in SMB or Consumer growth.
