Project Coordinator Role Overview

This digital transformation project aims to transition away from legacy systems and implement Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. As the primary internal resource, you will oversee the implementation of this system.

  • Work closely with business units to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Configure and customize the ERP system to meet business demands.

The role involves managing the project and vendor to implement the new ERP. A background in configuration of the ERP, understanding of the broad architecture, integration capabilities, and business processes around finance and supply chain are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables efficiently.
  • Lead data migration activities, including master data transfer.
  • Change management - Provide end-user training and support during and post-implementation phases.

A Bachelor's degree and over 7 years of experience in applications with implementation and integration knowledge are necessary. Solid understanding of Business Central ERP / NAV / D365, strong technical and functional knowledge of finance and supply chain, excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels, and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders are required.
