Experienced Mobility Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious client in Cork as a Mobility Support Engineer. As part of our Managed Services Team, you will work on a dedicated team to support an evolving multi-technology IT environment.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to technologies such as Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix, Cloud (Azure), and the latest Microsoft applications & solutions.
Key Responsibilities">- Monitoring, managing, and supporting customer infrastructure
- Provisioning accounts and equipment
- Providing desktop support for the customer
- Supporting Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks, MS Office, O365
- Configuring Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory
- Maintaining and updating documentation
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Interacting with and managing third parties
- Application troubleshooting and support
- Imaging and deployment
- Managing file permissions and access rights
- Configuring and supporting mobile devices
As a Mobility Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Uploading and setting up business mobile applications for deployment
- Supporting application teams
- Managing Google updates
- Verifying accounts
- Managing Knox EFota, including campaigns, uploads, and device updates, as well as Knox Asset Intelligence management
- Managing Sharefile UMT, including syncing user accounts, creating folders, and troubleshooting
- Resolving tickets for 3rd level mobility support
- Configuring Netscaler, including traffic policies, certificates, VIP management, and security updates
