Join a team looking for a skilled Treasury Business Architect to lead financial transformation projects.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Treasury Business Architect to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Treasury Management Systems (TMS) solutions.

You will work closely with our Finance and Corporate Treasury teams to ensure that TMS and surrounding business-as-usual processes are developed and optimized for functionality, reporting, audit, and control requirements.

  • Elicit, understand, challenge, and translate business value into requirements, creating appropriate user stories of the right quality at the right time.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements and user stories throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Owners to ensure that user stories are detailed, thorough, and ready for configuration.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, configuring, and implementing TMS solutions with FIS, our implementation partner.
  • Building and enhancing BAU processes and controls.
  • Partnering with Treasury and Finance teams to develop and optimize TMS and surrounding BAU processes.
Requirements
  • Graduate education/qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of TMSs, including FIS Integrity.
  • Experience in finance transformation projects delivering system implementations and process improvements.
  • Understanding of best-practice treasury processes with a focus on payments processing.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to varied audiences.
