The Member Services Officer role is a crucial part of our team, ensuring that members receive the highest level of service and support.

Job Description

This role involves providing assistance to members in various ways, including processing digital membership applications, handling member queries via phone and online channels, and managing electronic payment files.

Additionally, this position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with members and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a proactive attitude, able to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a QFA or APA qualification, or be willing to obtain the qualification if not already held.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with members and colleagues.
