VAT Director Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced VAT director to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, technical knowledge of VAT regulations and practical experience in tax environments or HMRC background.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on VAT planning opportunities
  • Manage client relationships on VAT matters
  • Lead and develop a VAT services team
  • Monitor work progress and ensure profitability
  • Raise awareness of VAT best practices
  • Provide training on VAT topics as needed

Requirements:
  • CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge of VAT regulations
  • Practical experience in tax environments or HMRC background
  • Experience in delivering tax projects and managing teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
