Reliable Maintenance Expert

A highly skilled Senior Maintenance Supervisor is required to lead a team of technicians and engineers in delivering a world-class maintenance program within a regulated manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 8 Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline and a minimum of 6 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with ideally 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Lead the maintenance team to ensure operational objectives are met through delivery of a robust and efficient maintenance program.
- Oversee timely execution of Corrective Maintenance, minimizing equipment downtime and maximizing overall equipment effectiveness.
- Monitor, report, and act on key performance metrics, including Equipment Uptime, Mean Time To Failure (MTTF), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
- Foster a culture of development through structured upskilling, technical training, and mentoring of technicians and engineers.
- Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and conduct performance reviews to support growth and engagement of team members.
Requirements:
- Level 8 Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with ideally 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment highly advantageous.
- Proven technical background in maintenance of production equipment, ideally within medical device, pharmaceutical, or high-tech manufacturing sectors.
