About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Purchasing Specialist to support strategic procurement initiatives across local government sectors.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support strategic procurement initiatives across local government sectors.
  2. Procure goods and services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  3. Maintain accurate records of procurements, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  4. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure value for money and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering procurement projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
