
Customer Service Booking Specialist

We are looking for a booking specialist to join our customer service team. As a booking specialist, you will be responsible for processing and logging inbound enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work as part of a team to process and log inbound enquiries via telephone and email.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for all vehicle maintenance and repair requests.
• Direct vehicles into preferred supplier networks for repairs, finding the right supplier for each situation.
• Build long-term proactive relationships with clients and drivers by continuing to build on their professional image and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Achieve individual targets and help the department deliver on its wider strategy of customer service excellence.
• Increase customer survey ratings through consistently delivering excellent service and creative solutions.
• Handle complaints in line with policy and procedure, striving for excellent outcomes for all stakeholders.
• Manage fluctuating workloads and peaks in volume while maintaining exceptional levels of service.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance in general administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent telephone communications skills, allowing effective communication with suppliers and customers.
• Demonstrable record of high achievement and drive, with proven ability to deliver results.
• Team player with enthusiasm and commitment to work towards team goals.
• Flexibility and willingness to carry out a variety of tasks to meet departmental objectives.
• Excellent written communication skills, enabling effective and professional communications.
• Strong attention to detail, enabling high levels of accuracy.
• Computer literate, with ability to master new platforms and systems.
• Displays strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, resulting in ability to build rapport with clients and drivers.
• Unwavering time management skills, enabling management of fluctuating workloads.
