Manage a company's fleet of vehicles as a key administrator. Develop maintenance schedules and coordinate daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create vehicle allocation plans, manage maintenance, and oversee repairs
  • Establish routine maintenance schedules for inspections and upkeep
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, registrations, and other related information
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs
  • Monitor fuel usage and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in fleet management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with drivers, technicians, vendors, and management
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Fleetio & Samsara, Microsoft Excel, and other office productivity tools
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing fleet operations
Benefits:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience; fleet experience highly desired
