Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Progressor to oversee the progress of new and used cars from initial acquisition to ultimate sale. This is a key role in ensuring a highly efficient, timely, and cost-effective vehicle delivery process and excellent customer experience both on the web and physically on the premises.

About the Role

">

In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and overseeing the preparation of all new and used stock. You will carry out full appraisals on all vehicles as soon as they are in stock using our internal systems. Additionally, you will receive all new and used vehicles from outside suppliers and transport companies, ensuring that relevant delivery documentation and spare keys are present.

You will also liaise with numerous internal departments daily, including Sales, Service, Parts, Bodyshop, Valet, and Management. You will support your colleagues to ensure our vehicles are ready for handovers and delivery. Furthermore, you will monitor and control showroom and display areas, ensuring quality of all vehicles meet our standards before placing them on the forecourt.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Motor Trade Experience

">

Have motor trade experience, preferably with a service background.

">

Full Clean Driving Licence

">

Hold a full, clean drivers licence.

">

Planning and Organisational Skills

">

Possess excellent planning, organisational, and co-ordination skills.

">

IT and Administrative Skills

">

Be an effective communicator and possess strong IT and administrative skills.

Flexibility

">

Be flexible in your approach to work.
