Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR professional to join our organization. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services across all facets, including recruitment and retention, training and development, employee relations, and organizational change.

 

  • Review current recruitment processes to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with line management to identify and develop effective solutions to improve employee engagement and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee onboarding and integration processes.
  • Ensure accurate recording and processing of payroll information, including weekly and month-end processes.
  • Map and coordinate employee training needs, working closely with line management to ensure successful outcomes.

 

Requirements:
  • 4-5 years experience in generalist HR, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial relations background.
  • Methodical, personable, and results-focused approach to work.
  • Strong employee relations experience and ability to effectively manage daily HR matters alongside strategic projects.
  • Ability to translate and align business priorities to HR actions.
  • Strong systems capability and analytical skills.
