  • Support individuals with accessing community resources and services
  • Maintain accurate records of individual's progress and development

Requirements:

  • QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent qualification
  • Full Irish Driving Licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
