Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Information Office Operator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm, open, informed and helpful service to the public via phone and email.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

The RTÉ Information Office is responsible for providing an important service to the public, answering general questions about our programming and services via phone and email.

We welcome comment and feedback from the public, via phone and via email.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing role and is able to provide a high level of service to the public.

The successful candidate will be part of official communications with the public and will be responsible for providing a warm, open, informed and helpful service to those contacting the office.
