Job Description

You will engage with interested individuals, leveraging your leadership and marketing skills to drive business growth. This role involves:

  • Client Engagement: Respond to inbound inquiries using provided guidelines and training.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
  • Professional Communication: Conduct client interactions via phone or Zoom using structured scripts.
  • Ongoing Learning: Participate in weekly Zoom training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Task Management: Maintain client records using our lead management system.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and insights as you develop your client base.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory, managing, or coaching role. The ability to manage tasks without direct supervision. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with social media platforms and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom). An innovative approach to problem-solving and implementation of new strategies. A commitment to self-improvement and leadership development.
