Job Title:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive operational excellence and digital transformation within manufacturing operations.

This role will involve leading a team of 20 skilled engineers and technicians, shaping the company's strategy and delivering measurable impact through innovation, AI, and Lean Six Sigma excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership with strong people management and influencing skills.

  • Deliver large-scale, strategic plant projects leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Champion digital transformation by implementing AI-driven solutions and advanced analytics to optimize manufacturing and business processes.
  • Drive operational performance improvements through Kaizen events, Line Blow Ups, and the Value Improvement Process (VIP).
  • Collaborate and influence across all organizational levels to shape site strategy and deliver high-value outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and inclusion while developing and retaining top technical talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a strong focus on people management and influencing skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in delivering innovation through AI and leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
