Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and junior managers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


As a Store Manager, you will be expected to coach and develop your team to exceed every expectation, lead by example, and nurture a culture of delivering exceptional shopping experiences on the high street. You will also be responsible for recruiting and training new talent, setting goals, achieving targets, and driving KPIs, striving for operational excellence, celebrating achievements, promoting the brand through core service values, and creating exciting new store displays within visual merchandising guidelines.
