We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team and help us optimize, document, and design business processes for our global customer support organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our operations. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and improving current support workflows, procedures, and escalation paths.

  • Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new workflows and processes
  • Develop and maintain documentation of business processes in clear, scalable, and accessible formats

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in process engineering or business operations, preferably in SaaS or customer support.

A strong analytical mindset, proficiency in process modeling tools, and experience with workforce management tools are essential for success in this role.
