Director, Educational Content Strategy

This position involves leading the design and delivery of educational content that drives customer outcomes. The role requires strong project management skills, as well as expertise in developing innovative production processes and tools.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling content production through tooling, workflows, and process innovation. They will be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success at scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and codify production processes to deliver high-quality educational content.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop impactful content that supports product adoption.
  • Lead by example, driving innovation and directly producing educational content.
  • Owning the performance of content, systems, and processes created.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer education production and delivery.
  • Strong project and people management experience (3+ years managing contractors, vendors, or direct reports).
  • Track record of scaling production through tooling, workflows, and process innovation.
  • Curious about new technology with solid understanding of AI and customer experience tools.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive customer outcomes at scale.
