Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support across various HR functions.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong interpersonal skills, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees, including answering queries, managing leave, and handling benefits-related administration.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including inductions and liaison with internal teams.
  • Draft and update HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and reference requests.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the HR system is up-to-date and audit-ready.
  • Support recruitment processes, including advertising, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer documentation.
  • Liaise with local schools for student programmes and participate in CSR initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a HR support or administration role, preferably within a professional services or corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of local HR processes is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems is necessary.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality is essential.
  • A HR or CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
