Administrative Professional Opportunity

We are currently hiring for an experienced hands-on administrator to support our operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and be part of a diverse role, responsible for:

  • Managing customer orders and arranging deliveries and collections
  • Maintaining accurate stock and equipment records
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers via phone and email
  • Ensuring office paperwork and systems are organized
  • Managing vehicle records
  • Tracking staff holidays, training, and general HR records
  • Preparing and sending invoices, tracking payments
  • Organizing bills, receipts, and staff expenses
  • Supporting bank accounts, VAT returns, and payroll

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience using accounts software like Xero. They should also possess good time management and attention to detail.
