We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team in Navan.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking customer orders and assisting with deliveries and collections
  • Maintaining accurate stock and equipment records
  • Communicating effectively with customers and suppliers via phone and email
  • Organizing office paperwork and systems for efficient operations
  • Managing vehicle records and tracking staff holidays, training, and HR documents
  • Preparing and sending invoices, monitoring payments, and organizing bills, receipts, and staff expenses
  • Providing administrative support and contributing to the improvement of office efficiency
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an office or administrative role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly and confident communication skills
  • Experience with accounts software (Xero) is an asset
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • A valid full driving license and access to own transportation
