You'll work with fast-scaling ecommerce and retail brands across the EMEA region, managing multiple stakeholders and building deep, value-driven client relationships. About the Role

As an Account Executive, you'll manage the full sales cycle independently—from lead qualification and discovery to demo and close. You'll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, managing a high-volume pipeline and owning your territory's long-term success.

Top-performing AEs here close 70%+ of their opportunities, forecast with accuracy, and operate as trusted advisors to their prospects.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the full sales process: from outbound prospecting and qualification to product demo and closeActively manage a high-volume pipeline and prioritize effectivelyBuild and execute a strategic territory plan for sustainable growthWork collaboratively with peers and share best practicesProvide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team membersTake ownership of additional projects to expand your commercial skillsetRepresent the team with professionalism, accountability, and consistency

What You Bring

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)3+ years of experience in a revenue-generating role Account Executive, Account Manager, or Business Development Manager in a SaaS/MarTech environmentProven success selling to founders, marketers, or business owners, ideally in ecommerce or retailStrong outbound prospecting ability with creative, strategic approachesComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with multiple stakeholdersResilient, motivated, and goal-oriented — you thrive on exceeding targetsCurious and coachable, with a strong growth mindset and drive for improvementCollaborative team player who brings energy, insight, and support to othersFully authorized to work in Ireland without sponsorship
