Service Coordinator Admin / Secretarial / Office Support Administration Dublin Permanent / Full Time 14/10/ Construction industry preferred salary 30K to 35K Hybrid option Service Co-ordinator We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator with a background in the construction sector where you understand the demands of coordinating technical service work. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a busy environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. You're organized, adaptable, and confident in managing customer queries and internal processes from start to finish. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years' service administration experience in the construction sector Strong IT skills; CRM experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and use initiative Capable of handling customer service queries with confidence and professionalism  Key Responsibilities Handle incoming service-related calls and emails, logging all relevant details Determine if service work is covered under warranty or is chargeable Liaise with the Service Manager to coordinate scheduling and job approvals Secure payment for chargeable work prior to scheduling Generate quotations and issue invoices for service jobs Submit supplier claims for faulty or defective materials Keep customers informed on job status and expected timelines Maintain accurate service records in the CRM system Monitor field engineer movements using vehicle tracking software Order and follow up on required materials for service tasks If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
