As an Associate Localization Program Manager, you'll guide localization strategy and execution for Workday solutions, impacting users on a global scale.

About the Role Support localization projects by assisting with tasks such as project coordination, file preparation, and trackingLearn and apply localization workflows and processes under the mentorship of senior team membersAssist with linguistic testing and quality assurance to ensure high-quality localized productsUpdate and maintain project documentation and tracking toolsCollaborate with localization vendors and internal team members to facilitate project communication and executionContribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for increased efficiencyAbout You Basic Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in content and software localizationStrong understanding of Machine Translation (MT) and hands-on experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS) such as Phrase, XTM, or memoQExperience working within agile software development environmentsConsistent track record of leading vendor relationships, including multi-language service providers and technology vendorsSuccess in handling budgets and resources effectivelyOther Qualifications: Successfully led localization programs to achieve on-time project delivery, budget adherence, and strong return on investmentDemonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and manage risks for complex localization programsAbility to analyze localization challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutionsStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with geographically distributed teamsCultural sensitivity and adaptabilityAbility to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiencesAt Workday, we believe every potential recruit brings value to the table.
