We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales and Marketing for a branded hotel in Dublin.

As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the hotel's sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, and enhancing its brand presence.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and execute innovative sales and marketing plans while ensuring the hotel meets its business objectives and delivers outstanding guest experiences.

Our client is a well-known branded hotel in Dublin.
With a prime location and a strong reputation in both leisure and business travel, the hotel is looking to expand its market reach and increase revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase room bookings, conference services, and other revenue streams.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting targets and driving performance to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel agencies, identifying new business opportunities.
Conduct regular sales meetings, reviewing performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
Create and execute a dynamic marketing plan to promote the hotel across all channels, including digital marketing, social media, and PR.
Manage the hotel's online presence and reputation, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Collaborate with the hotel's internal departments to align marketing efforts with guest experience initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales and marketing tactics as needed.
Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Represent the hotel at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows, promoting the brand and fostering new partnerships.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld across all client-facing interactions.
Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing or in a senior sales and marketing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a branded hotel environment.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.
In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, and revenue management strategies within the hotel industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
Proficiency in using hotel management and sales systems, as well as marketing tools.
Living in Ireland, having the legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
Salary and Benefits: Salary of €80,000 per annum.
