Please read the job description before applying Job Title: Construction Manager Civils Location:Dublin, Ireland Company:Leading Infrastructure & Utilities Contractor Job Description: We are seeking an experiencedConstruction Managerto lead and manage major civil engineering works across infrastructure and utilities projects in the Greater Dublin Area.
Working with a well-established contractor, you will be responsible for ensuring project delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining the highest levels of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Manage site teams including direct labour, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitor project progress, programme adherence, and report on key metrics.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in line with company and statutory requirements.
Review technical drawings and ensure site works align with design specifications and standards.
Requirements: Minimum5 years experiencein a Construction Manager role, ideally on large-scale civils or utilities projects.
Strong background incivil engineering and infrastructure works.
Proven leadership and site management capabilities.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant engineering or construction qualification.
Full driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.
