Responsibilities and Duties
Coordinating daily and weekly rostas for health care assistants with clients
Assigning health care assistants with clients based on suitability, location, and availability
Managing changes to schedules due to sick leave, holidays, or emergencies
Building strong working relationships with health care assistants to support consistent rosters
Communicating with clients and families to manage expectations and resolve queries
Monitoring health care assistants\' visits using scheduling software
Working with supervisors and managers to align client and carer needs
Participating in team meetings and contributing to wider office operations
Key skills
Experience in a similar role and a background in care ideal.
Knowledge of Rostering/Monitoring Systems
An open approach to problem solving
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent organisational skills
IT Literacy
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to Work to Strict Deadlines
Ability to Work Well Within a Team and on own initiative
