We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator.
IT Background & EDI Experience is required for this role.
Job Responsibilities
Process EDI orders and support integration with online platforms and API data connections.
Conduct sales data analysis and visualization using Jet Reports and Power BI.
Maintain CRM customer records and assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
Follow up on ERP order workflows and support daily data maintenance and report generation.
Requirements
IT-related academic background; solid understanding of EDI processes and API integration logic.
Proficiency in Jet Reports, Power BI, and SQL.
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics NAV/Business Central).
Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English; reliable team player with a solid work ethic and consistent attendance.
