Key Responsibilities
• Site management for soft service delivery on the client Head Office Building inclusive of Cleaning, Workplace Experience, Waste management, floor champions, Security and Catering subcontractors.
• Direct line management of the allocated teams, accountable for performance management, development and engagement across the site.
• Responsibility for self-delivering cleaning audits across the site
• Leading a behavioural safety culture across the site and with your team, through actions, reporting and compliance
• Engaging with client and key stakeholders, effectively communicating the business messages and identifying and delivering business growth and efficiency opportunities

  • Ensure all Soft Services comply with revenant HSE Regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Manage relationships with external contractors, suppliers ensuring contracts are effectively negotiated and managed.
  • The post holder will be a key member of the management team for site. They will be versatile in all elements of Building Management from a soft services perspective and provide excellent leadership skills and support their staff and team to ensure they contribute to positive and improved outcomes



Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Experience working within the Facilities Management sector, managing the specified service lines with credible results

• Service and outcome oriented with commercial mindset to grow service-related revenue

• A self-starter, able to work on their autonomously and drive results

• Effective communication skills

• Excellent written English and oral communication skills

• Experience of managing people teams and change programmes

• Expert resource to support future projects from a soft services perspective
