We are recruiting for a client-facing pre and post sales representative for two key products. 

As the main point of contact for customers before and after acquisition, you will be required to nurture relationships with clients indefinitely by understanding the customer’s needs and challenges inside out.

Since 2017 Glen Fuels has been core to the development of Magnus™ Monitors AI and radar technology across numerous verticals, including the oil industry.

The successful candidate will:
  • Ensure the CRM and Magnus™ Monitors dashboard are synced at all times 
  • Add / edit new systems to the CRM and  Magnus™ Monitors dashboard
  • Process all applications correctly 
  • Coordinate timely installation of Magnus™ Monitors units
  • Build relationships with existing and potential customers across the domestic and commercial sectors  
  • Process all applications correctly  
  • Follow-up on sales enquiries 
  • Generate and successfully close sales leads 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage the internal team of sales representatives
  • Help generate content for online and offline marketing
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal company teams  
  • Support the internal customer care team
  • Provide internal staff with support and information regarding all aspects of Glen Fuel Card service plans, features, database, marketing and management platforms

Glen Fuels is one of a few independent distributors with a fuel card offering that is accepted across the Circle K network nationwide. 

Glen Fuel Card is broken into three categories: 
  • Commercial 
  • Family 
  • Affinity 
The successful candidate will:
  • Build relationships with existing and potential customers across the domestic and commercial sectors  
  • Process all applications correctly  
  • Follow-up on sales enquiries 
  • Generate and successfully close sales leads 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage the internal team of sales representatives
  • Help generate content for online and offline marketing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal company teams 
  • Support the internal customer care team
  • Provide internal staff with support and information regarding all aspects of Glen Fuel Card service plans, features, database, marketing and management platforms
Experience, Skills and Education:
  • Strong IT skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Highly organised  
  • Strong team leader
  • Full driver's license 
  • Customer services and sales focused
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the transport and distribution sectors, preferably in a similar role
