THIS ROLE IS BASED IN LEIXLIP, CO.KILDARE
Role
The Site administrator will be responsible for administrative tasks relating to the JLL integrated facility management team (IFM) (Onsite Role) Support the IFM team by completing administrative tasks relating to site processes. Develop presentations and reports to support facilities management execution as well as taking minutes at meetings. Compiling information of Vendors and JLL staff to enable their successful execution of works such as EHS compliance, scheduling site inductions, set up on company financial system, site permits and arranging individual badge access Support JLL management with financial control and Invoicing Maintain and manage compliance of JLL staff and JLL vendor EHS training records Assist with management of onsite Workplace Services Support the FM help desk team dealing with customers queries and support requests Ad hoc duties as requiredRequirements
Excellent computer skills essential - Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint etc. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience of working in a multi skilled team environment Strong written and verbal English language skills 2-3 years Previous administrative experienceWhat you can expect from us
