We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant, with a talent for building strong working relationships to provide critical and comprehensive support to our Chief Executive Officer.

The position requires a savvy individual with a strong work ethic and good communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of executive level support knowledge, which will include advanced level Microsoft Office experience.

The ideal candidate will need to be well organised, detail oriented, and trustworthy in terms of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. You will need to be able to work under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines. You will also exhibit good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a challenging and fast paced environment.

This is a broad role and will cover aspects including:

  • Communication and Presentations: Craft and refine vital communications, from day-to-day correspondence to high-impact presentations and detailed reports, enhancing our company’s voice and strategic outreach.
  • Special Projects Champion: Lead and contribute to special projects that directly influence our company’s trajectory, offering a hands-on experience in pivotal company initiatives.
  • Global Travel and Complex Diary Management: Meetings, events and conference call coordination, as well as international travel arrangements.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Stay ahead of potential challenges with proactive tracking and adept issue resolution, ensuring smooth operations and continuous progress.
  • Leadership Co-ordination: Organise all elements of internal Exco and team events.

Requirements

You must be ready to work in a fast paced, high growth environment, with a large amount of flexibility required.

 

·         Minimum 5+ years’ experience with at least two years in a similar level of role

·         Outstanding written and oral communication skills

·         Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills

·         An understanding of confidentiality issues

·         Adaptability and flexibility

·         Capacity to work under extreme pressure and meet tight deadlines

·         Ability to multi-task & prioritise

·         Excellent use of Microsoft Suite, and an interest in learning new technologies

·         Team player and ability work on own initiative

·         Strong travel management experience
