Operations Executive and Office Manager

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

You will be asked to support a wide range of projects including the deployment of driver app improvement, bug reporting and testing, competitor research & market share analysis.Enabling successful performance through driver engagement campaigns including improving our share of OCA vehicles, activating onboarded drivers, and improving the performance of existing drivers. Delivering excellent and personalised support to new and existing drivers across a range of channels as and when needed (including inbound and outbound calls)You will be the representative for the Dublin office globallyYou will deal with Landlords, and all stakeholders internal and external associated with our officeYou will work closely with the central IT team to onboard and offboard employees based in LondonYou will make arrangements for groceries, cleaning and any additional services required for the maintenance of the Dublin office

Our Tools: GSuite

Working hours:9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday

Location:Dublin, Baggot St office at least 3 days a week onsite
