Position Summary:

The HR Administrator is responsible for providing high quality administration support to the department across all aspects of HR and the Corporate Services function. This role works in collaboration with the Deputy CEO and the Human Resources Manager.


The suitable candidate will

      Assist with general administrative duties within the organisation as required, including typing, copying, filing, photocopying, printing taking meeting minutes, processing invoices, etc.

      Monitor and respond to webchats, answer telephone calls, deal with enquiries and share in the cover of reception duties in the absence of reception staff.

      Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases and charts.

      Order and maintain stationery and equipment.

      Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post, including mail merges.

      Organise and store computer-based information and maintain websites and internal databases.

     Liaise with colleagues and external contacts to book travel, accommodation, conference facilities, couriers and lodgement handling.


Requirements:

      At least 1 years' experience in a similar working environment.

      Relevant third-level qualification is desirable.

      Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

      Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

      Excellent MS Office skills.

      Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

      Good organisational and time-management skills.

      To participate on forums/working groups/committees as required.
