About the role

Pernod Ricard is seeking a talented and passionate Experiential Brand Manager to join our team in Ireland on a 12 month Fixed Term contract. The Experiential Brand Manager – Home of The Brand will be responsible for managing Jameson and other Pernod Ricard portfolio brands within the Home of our brand, Ireland, and supporting the execution of our Inward Visit program, Destination Jameson, in the Home of the Brand. This role will also support the wider IMT Experiential Team for Jameson events and Corporate events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, event planning, and a deep passion for the Jameson and Pernod Ricard brands.

What’s involved?

Manage and oversee Jameson and other Pernod Ricard portfolio brands within the Home of the Brand, Ireland. Support and execute the Inward Visit program, Destination Jameson, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for visitors (markets, influencers and guests) to the home of our brand. Collaborate with the wider IMT Experiential Team, markets and Market Activation Managers, providing support for Jameson events and Corporate events in the home of the brand. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the Home of the Brand experience, ensuring alignment with Pernod Ricard's brand strategy and values. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and effectiveness throughout all projects and events. Ensure all brand experiences are executed to the highest standard and in line with Pernod Ricard's brand guidelines. Analyse and report on the success of events and activations, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

What we're looking for?

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, event planning, or a related role. Proven track record of managing and executing successful brand experiences. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
