We are seeking an Office Admin / Catering Supervisor to join our team.
• Administrative Support: Organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
• Documentation: Preparing reports, maintaining records, and handling correspondence, Issuing for Client Financial Trackers
• Office Management: Overseeing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
• Customer Service: Handling inquiries, providing information, and assisting visitors, taking hospitality bookings and organising them
• Financial Tasks: Managing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining financial records, issuing for client financial trackers, analysing GL’s and any cost reduction measures in place
• Event Coordination: Planning and executing catered events, from start to finish.
• Team Supervision: Directing and supervising a team of catering assistants in their daily duties.
• Food Preparation: Assisting in the preparation and service of food and drink.
• Quality Control: Ensuring food presentation meets high standards and adheres to portion control guidelines.
Health and Safety: Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and ensuring compliance by the team
Qualifications
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Leadership: Experience in supervising and motivating a team.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in administrative tasks and food preparation.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office) and catering equipment
