Our client is a leading Financial Services company who are looking to welcome an experienced Office Administrator to join their Irish team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration and facilities support, procurement of supplies and providing first class assistance for both visitors and contractors. This full-time permanent position is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and schedule daily meetings for staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Assist the Head of Compliance with general compliance tasks.
- Assist the Finance team with invoicing and AP duties.
- Procurement of supplies, distribution of office post and general administrative maintenance.
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
Key Skills:
- Experienced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent communication (written and oral).
- Ability to work on own initiative and juggle multiple tasks.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain and build relationships with colleagues and contractors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Office Administrator role (at least two years’ experience)
- Experience in Financial Services sector.
