About the team:

Engage with the world's top startups on a daily basis. Our Startups Advisors have collaborated with renowned companies such as Uber, Dropbox, Stripe, and Airbnb. In this role, you will liaise with entrepreneurs, explore their ventures, and determine how we can assist them in connecting with investors, partners, and customers. Your responsibility will include curating the selection of the most promising startups to attend Web Summit and other affiliated events like Collision and RISE.

What you'll achieve at Web Summit:

  • You will pitch and promote our Startups packages to innovative startups globally.
  • Interact with CEOs and founders of fast-growing companies to gain insights into various industries, business models, and technologies regularly.

Skills and abilities we're looking for:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in areas such as business information systems, e-commerce, entrepreneurship, or business analytics.
  • Strong English communication skills, especially over the phone, and the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • A strong desire to learn and succeed in your professional career.
  • A genuine interest in the startup ecosystem.
