Are you passionate about leveraging data and consumer insights to drive business growth? Join our dynamic team at Kellanova (formally known as Kellogg) as a Strategy & Insights Executive In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting the Shopper and Channel Insights Senior Manager, working in partnership with our Portfolio, Channel and S&I teams to build brands that work in different shopping environments. In this role you will work with other functions giving you a great chance to progress and enhance your reputation in a global organization.
This exciting role offers hybrid working from our Dublin based European head office. We also offer several fantastic benefits including a 53rd week payment (extra weeks' pay in December), annual bonus, market leading pension scheme, excellent share scheme plus more.
In this role you will have the chance to experience and work with many functions giving you the opportunity to progress and grow your knowledge of our business enabling you to progress within a variety of functions and teams based in Dublin and across Europe.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
- Business Partner - Act as a business partner to our channel, e-comm and portfolio teams.
- Category Vision - Support the development of category vision and marketing masterplans working with the channel, S&I and portfolio teams.
- Analytical Support - Provide analytical support to key shopper and channel decisions working in partnership with our Business Analytics team.
- Research Projects - Manage shopper and channel research projects to drive greater insight. Clearly articulate a recommendation and communicate to key stakeholders to inform the decision-making process.
- Trends & Future scenarios - Bring the outside in by monitoring shopper and retailer trends and key channels news. Consider trends, future possibilities and scenarios that may affect the team/organisation when making decisions.
We're Looking for Someone With
- Experience in data analysis.
- Research/Project Management experience.
- The ability to connect the dots across multiple and varied data sources and distil the data and information into actionable and meaningful insights.
- The ability to think strategically.
- Strong business partnership skills with an ability to collaborate and work effectively with a wide network of people.
- Experience in both a local market and an headquarter office will be considered a plus
