Role Profile:

We are seeking an Operations Director for our Soft Services Division to drive continued business growth and operational excellence. Reporting to the MD of Ireland, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and maintaining operational standards across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans and achieve country KPIs
  • Drive business growth and client retention through nurturing long-term relationships

Individual Profile:

  • Over 10 years of senior leadership experience
  • BSc in Management or relevant field
  • Proven ability to lead large teams effectively
  • Positive leadership style promoting inclusion and cultural change
  • Track record of meeting financial targets consistently
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments
  • Strong self-awareness and a positive attitude
  • Ability to create a fun and productive team environment
